What does the name mean?

The name is actually an abbreviation which stands for "Php Is Not a Bottleneck Anymore".
Pinba was named so by its original creator - Andrei Nigmatulin.

'Pinba' also means 'rainbow lorikeet' in Ayapathu according to Webster, but that was figured out way later.
Thanks to Jeffry B for his nice photo which is used as Pinba logo.
